During this uncertain time, it’s more important than ever to focus on your emotional wellbeing. While we all may be impacted in different ways, there are several support resources available to you and your family through the IMAX Employee Assistance Program provided by Optum. 

Optum offers a wide range of services, including a free, 24/7 emotional support Public Crisis Line. You can also visit the OPTUM site to access articles, resources and interactive tools for coping with a public health event, best practices for working remotely, and tips on how to support yourself and your family if you are quarantined.
